Shipping Times
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within an estimated timeframe of 2 to 5 business days from receipt and confirmation of payment. During peak periods or for certain specific configurations, this timeframe may be exceptionally extended. Should this occur, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on the total weight of the package, its volume, and the destination geographical area. The exact amount is automatically calculated during the order process, after the delivery address has been entered. The customer can therefore see the total cost of their order before final confirmation. Separate orders cannot be combined after validation; shipping costs apply to each of them individually.
Preparation and Packaging
Products are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transit. Package dimensions are adapted to their contents, and particular attention is paid to fragile items.
Receipt of Package – Mandatory Inspection
Inspecting the package upon delivery is an essential step. The customer must check the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier before signing the delivery note.
In the event of any apparent anomaly (damaged, open, crushed package, missing or damaged product), the customer must:
- Record precise, detailed, and specific reservations on the delivery note (examples: "left side of box dented", "package open", "broken product");
- Refuse the package if its condition warrants it;
- Keep a copy of the signed document;
- Inform our customer service as soon as possible, attaching photographs of the package and the items concerned.
General notes such as "subject to unpacking" are insufficient and do not allow for any dispute related to transit damage to be handled. In the absence of precise reservations made at the time of delivery, no claim relating to damage attributable to transit will be accepted.
This procedure is essential to enable the opening of a case with the carrier and to ensure the swift and efficient handling of any request.
